How to apply for the FAEA Scholarship 2023–24
Eligible candidates can follow the below steps to complete the online application process.
- If you are a fresh candidate, click on the “Register” button and fill in the required information. Once you enter the data, it cannot be changed at a later stage, so double-check all the information before final submission.
- If you are already registered, log in with your email ID and date of birth.
- After you have successfully registered, fill in the details and submit the application.
- Finally, print the application form or save the application acknowledgment.
Note: After filling out the application form online successfully, you will be allotted a 9-digit auto-generated “Confirmation Code”. It may be used for future correspondence with FAEA.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews across India in metropolitan cities. Following that, a national panel will make the final selection, and the results will be declared. Applicants who are accepted by the host university, institution, or college will be granted support.

Terms and Conditions
- Scholarships are available for up to a maximum of five years. All grants must be renewed annually, based on the scholar’s progress and the availability of FAEA funding.
- Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the last date shall not be considered.
- Deferments may be permitted once for a period of up to one year. Requests for deferment must be submitted to the FAEA office in New Delhi along with supporting documentation or evidence.
- Scholarship amounts are determined by FAEA to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
